She's a very bold, independent filly and BIG... She's also very sweet.  We really like her.  She was well over 100lbs at birth.  The mare is a purebred Arabian that is 15 hh and the filly already kinda has to duck to nurse!  She's bay right now but she'll eventually be gray like her mom, she's already got white hairs around her eyes and throughout her tail.  Thanks again.  We feel very lucky to have both gotten fillies.  Give Gatsby a hug "thanks" for us!

Gatsby crosses wonderfully with Arabians! She's just gorgeous and HUGE! Her legs are literally as long as her mom's (her mom is 15.1) and she's three weeks old today.  They're very, very pleased with the cross between the two of them - to say the least!  She's got more substance and improved movement from Gatsby but has kept some of the refinement from the Arabian side too; she's the ideal half-Arabian cross.   Gatsby improved the shoulder and croup on this filly for sure, and he added a lot of suspension in her stride as well.

First Premium BWP Colt

Jurisdiction continues to be a wonderful foal.  So far, he has been VERY easy to work with and be around.  His temperament is to die for.  He is incredibly sweet and a people's horse.  He has very nice gaits on him and lovely suspension.  In fact, I think he may have potential in the dressage ring.  I have no doubt that he will have a lot of jump in him from what I see in his gaits and the conformational cross between his mom and dad.  As you already know, mom was a USEF Level 5 jumper and multi-champion in the High Adult Amateur Jumpers inlcuding several USEF Zone 8 awards.  His daddy improved on his neck and shoulder, and thus far, his temperament.  He is what I had hoped for as a cross between the two.  Jurisdiction handled the BWP inspection like a true champ as though he had done it before, even though it was the first time I had ever taken him away from home.   He has great substance: not too light and not too heavy.  I look forward to seeing him continue to grow.
